Your information.

Project inquiries

When you use our contact form, you share your name, email address, message and any optional organization, service or engagement details. H2ONU Digital uses these details to review your project and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health records or other sensitive information.

Cloudflare processes the form and delivers the inquiry to our Google Workspace inbox. Inquiry emails are stored in that inbox for correspondence and business records. The form does not create a separate inquiry database or mailing-list subscription.

Questions about your information

To ask about or request deletion of an inquiry, email [email protected]. We may need to retain records for ongoing work or applicable obligations.

Optional project briefs

The general and publishing brief builders save drafts in your browser’s local storage. Downloading or copying a brief does not submit it, upload your manuscript or email H2ONU Digital. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove saved drafts.

Website hosting and protection

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information to operate the service and limit repeated form submissions. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.
